I first heard of Argentine chef, Francis Mallmann, by watching season 1 of Netflix's original show, "Chef's Table". His episode blew me away. Here is a man who has forged his own path within his creative career and lives authentically and passionately. I have since watched his episode numerous times when I need a little inspiration of my own. This painting, like the one I did of Anthony Bourdain, is my way of honoring someone at the top of their craft in the best way that I know how.
